Construction of a three-level medical office facility/outpatient center for a Northshore University Health Systems. The project was completed in two phases that ran concurrently. Phase I included extensive site work and building core and shell. Phase II incorporated the build-out of three medical office suites: Primary Care, Radiology, and Cardiology. Site work scope included two detention ponds that limit the flow of water into the bordering creek and floodplain. The building contains a total of 68,000 S.F. of space (27,000 S.F. built-out) with a budget of over 16 million dollars. The project is LEED certified.
Project Management tasks during the construction operations of the project, working under the supervision of the Project Executive. Coordinated and completed much of the LEED documentation.
