The $12 million, 5-1/2 story, building is constructed of load-bearing masonry and pre-cast concrete. The project was initiated by the Village of Schiller Park out of concerns that there were not enough living choices for their aging population. MKB teamed with a developer and was selected, from the field, to complete the project.
